A little help, when you need it.
Start with the checks below. X changes frequently, so a change to its interface can affect extension controls.

Quick checks
The controls are missing on X
Check that SG-X is enabled in your browser’s extension manager and has access to x.com. Reload the X tab after installation or an extension update, then check the feature switches in the SG-X popup. Some features need you to be signed in to X.
A download or block does not work
Reload the page and let the post’s media load. Downloads depend on the media URLs supplied by X. Blocking uses your existing X session and can fail if X rejects or limits the request. You can still use X’s own block menu.
How do saved replies work?
Open Manage replies from the extension popup to add, edit, remove, import or export replies. Choose one from the button on a post or in the composer. SG-X inserts text but does not send it; review it before clicking X’s send button.
How do I reset the video controls?
Use Reset position in the popup to move the panel back beside the timeline. Allow moving unlocks dragging. Choose speeds opens the options page. Disabling the playback-speed buttons returns videos to normal speed.
Can I disable only one feature?
Yes. Use the individual switches in the popup. Changes apply to open X tabs without a reload. Settings and replies can sync through your browser; volume, mute, current speed and panel position stay on each device.
